Cheers to Friendship With A Galentine’s Day Mocktail

This Strawberry Matcha Margarita blends the sweetness of strawberries, the freshness of mint, and the energizing benefits of matcha into a delicious and nourishing drink. Not only is it alcohol-free, but it’s also packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and a gentle caffeine boost—perfect for a fun and refreshing celebration!

Strawberry Matcha Margarita Ingredients:

  • 6 frozen or fresh strawberries

  • 1 lime, juiced (plus extra slices for garnish)

  • 3–7 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or to taste

  • 1 cup sparkling water or coconut water

  • 3 tbsp warm water

  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions:
1. If using frozen strawberries, briefly warm them to thaw.
2. In your serving glass, add lime juice, mint leaves, and strawberries. Muddle them together until the berries are bruised and the flavors release. Stir in honey and set aside.
3. In a small bowl, sift matcha powder and mix it with 3 tbsp warm water until smooth. Use a bamboo whisk or frother for best results.
4. Add ice cubes to the glass with muddled ingredients, then pour in sparkling water or coconut water. Gently pour in the matcha shot and stir to mix.
5. Garnish with mint leaves and slices of strawberry & lime.
6. For a slushier version: Blend all ingredients except sparkling water, then pour into your serving glass and top with sparkling water.
