GROUPS & GATHERINGS

The Whole Sanctuary, Yours to Shape

Reserve the estate in full, and for the length of your stay Cal-a-Vie belongs to your party alone.

DESIGNED AROUND YOUR PEOPLE

The estate changes shape when it is entirely yours.

Reserve the estate in full and the arithmetic changes: six guests or eighty, the whole of Cal‑a‑Vie Health Spa belongs to your party alone — the villas, the vineyard trails, the stone Chapel carried from Dijon, the long tables at dinner. No other guests, no shared schedule, nothing to negotiate with the wider world.

Before you arrive, we build the days with you. Which mornings begin on the trail and which begin in stillness; where dinner is served and what is poured; how much is structured and how much is simply left open. The itinerary, the menus, the pace — all shaped around why your people are coming together.

It is a place made for gathering: two hundred acres of Provençal hillside seven miles inland from the Pacific, ten miles of private trails, gardens that reach the plate, and a return rate among our guests that speaks for itself.

VENUES & HERITAGE

Rooms with Four Centuries Behind Them

Every gathering here unfolds inside a piece of France, carried stone by stone across the Atlantic.

L'Orangerie began as a 300-year-old reception hall in Dijon, dismantled, shipped, and raised again here beneath old-world chandeliers and a 16th-century stone fireplace. L'Orangerie seats 120 at banquet, welcomes 150 at cocktail hour, and opens onto a 5,000-square-foot manicured lawn.

The Great Room gathers a party around 125-year-old pine floors and an indoor fireplace. The Parish House, built around 1715 and carried thirty miles from Dijon, pours wine from Cal‑a‑Vie's own vineyard beside an outdoor fire. Smaller rooms — the French Library, the Garden Terrace beside the organic garden, the Lakeview Room above the duck pond — hold the quieter conversations.

Each is quietly equipped for a presentation when the day calls for one, and each keeps the warmth of a French farmhouse when it does not.
